CAPFOR provides facilitation services for relocation of expatriates moving to or from Mauritius. We plan your relocation from start to finish so that you can enjoy your stay in Mauritius for work or leisure. Immigration Services

We provide advice on general visa requirements depending on the type of passports held by the client. Process Business/ Premium Visa, brief principal party before arrival on matters pertaining to relocating to Mauritius, Occupational Work permits, Dependants permits, liaising with Economic Board of Development (EDB) and The Passport and Immigration Office (PIO) in Mauritius and assisting to obtain medical certificate issued by a doctor in Mauritius together with results of HIV test, Hepatitis B Surface Antigen test and chest X ray reports. Registering and scheduling appointments with the appropriate doctors. Collection of ID cards following registration. Facilitate by ordering the bank cheque for the licence fee.

CAPFOR would also do all the online submission on behalf of the clients, follow up and collection of permits together with the client. Provide advice on the list of documents to be submitted to the EDB/PIO.

Rapatriation Services

Liaise with the EDB and the PIO for the cancellation of permits and reimbursement of deposit if any to client in terms of utilities/lease for accommodation etc.

House Search

Advise and assist in house/villa/apartments search/selection by providing information on the area of choice and prices. We work closely with the estate agents for site visits, advice on leasing and deposits to be paid. We take care of related matters such as utilities and internet connection amongst others. 

We provide search facilities until client requirements are met and satisfactory.

School Search

Advise and assist in finding the appropriate school for the client’s child/children and take care of all the logistics behind the school search. This includes visiting the schools of client’s choice before arrival and/or after arrival of client. 

Liaising for the invoices/payment of fees and arranging facilities for the same if required.

Other Assistance

Opening of bank accounts, getting to know Mauritius and their immediate local surroundings (police stations/hospitals/clinics/supermarkets/ other amenities), assisting with movers.
